Thomas is a true professional at what he does.After some low life tried to steal my car unsuccessfully I was left with a broken ignition and an estimate from the dealer for about a grand. I was able to get the ignition switch out with the help of YouTube but something didn’t look right. Thomas explained that a part was still broken in the car. I figured out how to get that out and he cut me new keys and matched everything to my original. I assumed it would be pricey but to my surprise it was less than $80. Glad to see theres still good people out there who won’t take advantage. Will be my only go to locksmith.

Mickey was awesome. He came to my house and made the key in his van same day. I am very relieved he was able to make my key as the dealership told me the car needed to be towed to them and it was going to be a much higher price. The key A+ made works for my door and to start the car. Really glad I didn’t have to tow my car.

I called because my regular Lock Smith was unavailable. This company responded within 45 minutes and had the job completed and were gone. The price, the service, the work and professionalism was 5 Star! They even done things that another locksmith would have charged for, but they comped it to me. The KeyMe in food for less doesn’t work. I got my key and when I tried to use it, it didn’t work. Gave it two stars because I was able to get my money back.

I had a truck driver at Pilot truckstop 2.8 miles away in need of assistance, the key was locked inside the truck. I called Minute Key only because they were the nearest locksmith and we were short on time. They told me a technician will be onsite in 5-10 minutes, took all info needed and instructed me to wait for them to call.

After 30 minutes no sign of technician. I called back just for them to put me on hold for next 5 minutes. When I called the third time, they told me that there is no technicians available and that they are sorry because they couldn’t help me.

Disgraceful. 0 stars
