Ryan was great. We had a lockout situation where our pet-sitter was unable to gain entry while we were staying with family. He responded promptly and professionally. He was able to get our pet-sitter in to get our pets taken care of and make sure our door was secured before he left. The price was true to the quote, which isn’t always the case with locksmith services. Great customer service and got us out of a bind! Would highly recommend!

So I made a copy of my Acura CL key and almost had a perfect experience using this service, the key arrived on time and opened doors and started car just fine, however glove compartment lock, trunk and gas cap lock, as well the middle door between the trunk and back seats, the key did not work

As someone new to the area, I was really anxious about finding a reliable locksmith when I found myself locked out of my new home this morning. Thankfully, Bob’s Locksmith completely eased my worries. Cole arrived promptly after my call, which was a huge relief given my situation. He was not only friendly but also very professional, explaining what he was doing as he worked.

The quality of service was outstanding; Cole managed to get me back into my house without any damage to the lock. Also, the cost was very reasonable, which I appreciated as moving expenses have been piling up.

OVERCHARGED ME with $583 to open my car to get the key inside the car??? It Only took 2 minutes. First, I was told $350 + taxes. Then, after all done the guy told me $583???? Attached is the receipt details they charged me 169 for service call and another fees. I feel so bad please call another company. They even said 25 minutes to be at the place and they last 40 minutes.

Don’t call them for breaking open when you are locked out. They are unprofessional, intimidating & prey on you. They are also overpriced. Customer service also sucks.
This service/company should not be even be able to advertise. It’s a hoax.
