I brought my ebike here because I lost my keys and had nothing for them to go off of. Vicky and Joel absolutely killed it and were able to get some made for me. Highly suggest using carols lock and key for any of your lock smithing needs!

My daughter’s 06 Accord “with notorious ignition problems” left her stranded on a Friday afternoon with the key locked up. These kiosks are really convenient and the keys are made quickly. I used the one inside Winco. Got home and the keys were perfectly cut and have cute designs.

I went to Batteries Plus today and Richard helped me out. I’m not usually one to go out of my way to write reviews, but the customer service was exceptional. They were able to safely remove a charger that was stuck in the charging port of my iPad, which was a huge relief.

On top of that, they told me about a great promotion on AA and AAA batteries — I saved money on a pack, and part of the purchase was donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

I love seeing local businesses not only provide great service but also give back to a great cause. Highly recommend!
