Waited for 15 mins while the machine made noises of cutting but ended up telling me it’s out of service. At least it said it automatically refunded me, I really hope so.

Very professional business. Requested door lock troubleshooting. Technician removed and replaced an old, faulty door dead bolt lock, then installed new lock, tightened up door jam alignment, and now the lock works great. Very reasonable pricing that included a new door lock with hardware and labor costs, we sent our work request by using the online app, business owner contacted me immediately, security technician arrived next day, very punctual, was on time and schedule. I mean, this guy literally came from heaven to be honest with you. I was already having a rough week then to top it off New Year’s Day I get out wanting to get some thing to eat at Nick the Greek, moving too fast. I ended up locking my key in the truck. Once I realize I did two seconds after I closed the door, I quickly had anxiety and didn’t even try the door because I knew I locked my key in the truck. I have a 2018 freightliner M2 business class 106 with a 6.7 Cummins engine, Eaton double clutch automatic transmission. I called about two different places and called my insurance USAA. (Who are extremely reliable) to notify them that I got locked out of the truck. I then gave up plans for the day and what I wanted to do to take a minute and reflect on my relationship with God cause when things like this happen, they are like signs from God to either a slow down or do something differently.

I called Sam . Something told me to call Sam. Sam, the Lock Smith man is a great man extremely reliable extremely dependable literally was almost like a 911 called because he came so fast and I believe he had his family with him mind you this is literally New Year’s Day Jan 1st 2026. He told me 45 minutes and he was here in 42 minutes. Then to top it off this man bless me with something that I’ve been trying to get waiting to get, and no one really had he end up having a spare key, which is very rare for this type of truck for a mobile locksmith to just be carrying or have available brand new.
Also, my key was bent over 15°s this man took a look at it and fixed it in no time.
I literally should have filmed him trying to get the door unlocked because for this type of truck and before I have locked the key in the truck it literally took over two hours sometimes less sometimes more . I watch Sam access his tool to the door and literally got the door unlocked within less than 15 seconds. No exaggeration I promise to God.

They literally saved my life. I was stranded at the grocery store with my 2 young kids because after loading up all the groceries, I realized my car key is gone. We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. We called Lynns lock service when our safe was not able to be opened. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They worked on the safe for couple of hours but were able to get it open in the end.

I would recommend for their professionalism, work and their ability to work with a business.

Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and amazing customer service. They did everything in their power to try to save me money by exhausting all other possible solutions. I really appreciated that. They did everything they could to try to save my ignition lock, and even though we finally concluded that it was the ignition lock itself that was the problem, they came out and replaced it and gave me a good price for a full service replacement. And also the locksmith who came out had a great sense of humor, and was a good positive guy. Overall, I do highly recommend.

This business is a COMPLETE JOKE!!! The most awful business ethic I’ve ever encounter UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, DISREPUTABLE, UNCONSCIONABLE!! The tech definitely had a shady demeanor. All I needed was to switch a door knob they quoted me $100 -140. When tech was all said and done he charged us $300. ALL to end up with the original knob the door had when tech came in. And he left the part where the key enters OFF! So, now the door knob has a hole in it. Not to mention SLOPPY he left parts laying all over the counter top.

It is less than accurate. Mine looked very close, but it would not work in the lock. When I inspected it closely, there was a very minor, barely noticable, shorter tooth in one of the teeth. So it would not work and I had to throw them away.
