Ben came when my front door wouldn’t open. What a lifesaver. He asked a few questions then pulled out a tool and opened it like a charm. He fixed what was broken and was fast and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!

After first call said they would get back to me in thirty minutes. An hour went by no call so I called them back and he said they should be contacting me in within thirty minutes. Another hour went by and I called again only for him to tell me they should be contacting me soon. I got a call 5 minutes later explaining how about an hour ago the driver got in an a car accident and will not be coming. Unfortunate events happen but to not notify the customer and leave me waiting with no information is completely unprofessional. The guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t even process my request and was just saying things to get me to hang up. I would not recommend this service as they may just not even show up.

ND Locksmith came over to my house which was locked out and he managed to get me inside my house. He came within 30 minutes right after I called them from google.

The technician was friendly and kind and explained what he was doing and he told me the price before he did any job which I liked and I agreed to the price.

Overall good experience and a great locksmith company here in Orange County, I would say the best. I recommend ND Locksmith 10/10.

Only got 2 of my 3 keys on this order. System timed out and stop showing which key way being cut after the first key was complete. Second key eventually dropped but never got third key. Kind of lame for this to occur.
