I had an amazing experience with All City Locksmith. My husband is currently in Saudi Arabia, and he was able to contact them from all the way over there to help us with the issues on both of our door gates. He handled everything over the phone, and they took care of the entire process smoothly, making it completely stress free for me here at home.

The service was fast, professional, and extremely reliable. The quality of the new keys is excellent, super strong, durable, and not bendable at all. You can really tell they use good materials and take pride in their work.

I called because my regular Lock Smith was unavailable. This company responded within 45 minutes and had the job completed and were gone. The price, the service, the work and professionalism was 5 Star! They even done things that another locksmith would have charged for, but they comped it to me. I can only speak to my experience. He was insistent to come by the house to give me a fair estimate and then he said it would be 245.00 to install a lock that I already purchased online. I said no I can’t afford that, and he said to “name my price” I was honest and said around 100 I’ve been seeing for quotes and he said fine but he also wouldn’t “configure” the lock. He then only installed the top lock and didn’t install the handle to the door saying it was an additional 60.00. I was frustrated because I felt there were too many coincidences it felt like such a scam and deceitful. I said no and now I have 2 different colors on my door. I asked what company he was from and he said he didn’t know since he worked for a couple- yet when I call this company directly, it was him who picked up. When I asked if he was the provider who just left my house, he was hesitant but said yes. Be careful of this business, I always look for honest providers especially in this economy. I wouldn’t recommend what so ever.

I called American Lock & Key, Rancho Cucamonga to get a quote for a replacement key for my daughter’s 2000 Mercedes E430. For those who don’t know, this is a key that most sources say “dealer only”. And it takes two days and the car has to be there to pickup. I could not wait two days, and could not get the car there without towing, which would have added to the expense.

I called Anthony at 9am. He said he could be there between 11am and 1pm. He arrived right at 11am. He said it will take one hour to complete the work, and that is how long it took. And I now have a shiny new working key.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was to get it done same day, in the timeframe quoted, and at a good price. And from a nice guy.

Mr. Lim was very professional quick. The price was really good. I think I waited 30 minutes and was on the road. He came to me where my keys stopped working and made the key within about 10 minutes and was still way cheaper than the dealership.

Do NOT use this company!! They are so confused and discombobulated. And are liars. The guys that they sent out couldn’t fix the problem and actually MADE IT WORSE- they broke our door further!! Our key is now STUCK in the lock outside our house and we can’t leave to go to the burial site of my mother on the one-year anniversary of her passing. I am beside myself. When I called the company they had the audacity to say that our lock was broken like that when the technicians got here. It was most certainly not broken like that when the technicians got here. We had a problem with the door, staying shut not with the key being stuck in the door. I have video evidence of it. But this company doesn’t know they’re behind from their elbow. Most people I spoke to spoke only very minimal English, so it was very hard to communicate as well. I literally cannot explain what a terrible awful awful experience this has been. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company in my entire life.
