We came by to replace my Toyota car key. We were met with great customer service and support. Upon arrival, we were helped promptly. Right away we were given a reasonable price for what we needed. He quickly started working and even programmed it to my car all in the span of ten minutes. What a great attitude and very knowledgeable business. I had a fantastic experience at keys for less. The owner was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about all types of locks, keys and car keys , They helped me choose the perfect lock for my front door, explaining the features and benefits of each option in detail.
The store was well-organized, with a wide selection of keys, locks, , and other security accessories. I also appreciated their quick key-cutting service—my new keys worked perfectly on the first try. Fair prices, fast service, great customer service!

Came for a last minute key fob replacement. Poor key has really gone through it, even the tape holding it together was giving up…
Eric was headed out for a call but still took the time and assisted us! He was able to repair the key fob instead of replacing it saving us over a hundred dollars! Super grateful! He was extremely patient, helpful, and explained everything that was going on.

Then, I had a weird screw for another set of keys I own that I could not find for the life of me! Tammy took a few and was able to find a screw that fit! Will definitely stick to local businesses for things like this.

I needed a new fob programmed for my car as we lost our only one. On the first call, I was told they would be out in an hour so I went home from work early to meet them. When the locksmith didn’t show, I called back and was told that my appointment wasn’t until about 5 hours later. That was nonsense. They said they’d have the locksmith call me. He did and said he would come the next day between 11-12pm. He also noted that the price of the fob was about 3 times more than what they told me it would be on the phone. He didn’t show up the next day. I then called again and arranged a time the following week. Again, it the guy never showed up.Against my better judgment, I thought I’d give them one more chance the following week. I called them up and they said they would have the locksmith call me. He called and said he would come from 12-1pm but would call me back to make sure they had the right fob. He never called. Reading the reviews, I see they are merely a broker for independent contractors. I’ve been put out 4 times by these guys. It’s a good thing my need for a new fob wasn’t critical as I have two other cars we can drive. Bottom line. The service sucks. I’m now looking for a locksmith that has a brick-and-mortar location and answers the phones themselves. This broker uses unreliable contractors.

I used Keyme Locksmiths because I was locked out of my house on the weekend. They hire individual contracted locksmiths to come out to your house. They told me that a locksmith was on their way and it would take 30-45 minutes. The locksmith called me and said they would take 40 minutes. They did come for about an so I tried calling the customer service and they said that the locksmith would call me to give me a call but they never did. They finally showed up after 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The locksmith Jacob said that he was late because of traffic even though it was a Sunday morning and there was no traffic. It took 20 minutes to get my door open and charged me $200.

I was frustrated because if they gave me an accurate time estimate, I would’ve went with someone else. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I was late to my grandma’s memorial service. Even worse, the customer service rep wouldn’t pick up when the locksmith was late.

I would not recommend using KeyMe locksmiths because they upcharge you and do not let you communicate directly with the locksmiths. Their customer service and communication was bad. My locksmith was not very professional either. He said he would give a receipt but failed to give one. He was late without communicating with me.
