I scheduled an appointment with this guy a few days in advance because I needed these doors open on my commercial building to get some property out that was being picked up. I drive an hour to my building and wait. Twenty minutes into the scheduled appointment time, I didn’hear anything so I reached out and he told me that he had a semi that he was trying to reekey, and it was going to be a while. A few minutes later he called me back and canceled. This put me in a terrible position because I had people on their way to this location to pick items up and I cannot open the doors. Horrible service.

I had them install a smart lock on my mother‘s front door. The work was very neat, prompt, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Today, several months later, there was an issue due to the changes in temperature and humidity where the lock needed to be adjusted. I called this morning, while most people were out clearing the snow after the big storm, and within two hours they were at my mother’s house and remedied the problem! I definitely recommend! He was very polite and respectful and is an Army Veteran! I needed a key done last minute because mine accidentally bent while it was in the dryer. He was able to help me and get it done in less than 30 minutes. It looks exactly like my old one, but even better! He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable and offered both of us drinks and chairs to sit in the shade while we waited. He even offered us drinks to go. Guy was a great help. I found him on Yelp and was impressed with the positive reviews. I called him on a Sunday afternoon hoping to get an appointment for Monday and he said he could be the in 30 minutes! He was professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and resolved my issue quickly. It is nice to know there are still honest, hardworking people out there. If I need a locksmith in the future, Guy will be the first person I call.

I called the locksmith at about 8:04. This morning. I was having problems with my 1999 Volkswagen beetle. The remote wasn’t connecting to the car and I only had one key. i went ahead and purchased a new key and key fob online, and when they came, they were able to cut the key that I bought and reprogram it & my old key. The Smith was very professional and had a well kept up truck. after that, all said and done yeah, he left around 9 o’clock. It’s less than an hour from my call.
Personally, I think the price is just right. Thank you so much, and I will use them again if needed also, recommend, to anyone in need.
