I requested help to pick and rekey 4 door locks, with all locks rekeyed to use the same key. These were standard interior and exterior door locks with a simple design. The technician arrived and was able to pick all the locks very quickly (within about 5 minutes). The rekeying took a bit longer, but everything works properly and the job was completed in under an hour.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the workmanship, and I especially appreciate that the service was available on a Sunday.
The reason for the 3-star rating is the pricing and lack of clarity upfront. The technician did not clearly explain that the lock-picking fee was charged per lock, which led me to believe the picking cost would be combined for all four doors, while the rekeying would be per lock. I was therefore very surprised when the total came to $1,600 for less than one hour of work.
Another concern is billing transparency. I did not receive an itemized receipt, and although I wanted to pay via credit card, I was told there would be additional credit card fees, which resulted in me paying via Zelle instead. This was not ideal and felt somewhat unprofessional for a service priced at this level.
In my opinion, the service is very expensive. If you only need assistance picking a single lock, this may be acceptable. However, if you have a situation similar to mine—multiple doors with multiple locks—I would recommend getting quotes elsewhere before proceeding.

The keys worked out great but wish I would’ve went to hardware store instead because I was charged 15.78 for duplicate of residential key and security key. It would not cut my other security key so I would have been better off just buying a new lock with 2 keys that come with it.

I have never experienced such a unprofessional service.
I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour.
When technician arrived he informed me the following.
Service charge $165
Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20
Etc.
He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes.
I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax.
I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount.
What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.

I paid them almost 400 dollars and they left all the garbage in my truck of the things they used to fix my key Ignition. They scraped all the door panel where and they didn’t even close the case that sits on My steering wheel the clips don’t close abs when I drive it hits the steering wheel. They made me new keys and fixed the problem but broke and Scrape parts that where fine before taking it to them. It was very unprofessional the way they left my truck especially after paying that much.

I’ve used this 2x both times the keys go into the locks but don’t turn. Rendering them useless. My friend had the same experience. 0 stars, don’t recommend.

I booked an appointment to get a key for my ignition which had a chip, he said ok 1pm,I said cool,…130pm not there 2pm, still not there, texted the number, no call back, 3pm I call number, the guy said oh he cant.make it but tomorrow he could, wow then I asked if I wait for him would he be able to give a discount, he said no that was the price, so I don’t know if I would call back…..I was severely inconvenience already and this co made it worse. No thank you.
