Luke at Franks Lock and Key gave me excellent service. I needed same day service for a rental unit in San Luis Obispo, and got it. He was able to work me into his already busy day. It’s so nice to know there are excellent friendly businesses still out there. Service was great, left the areas he worked in spotless, and the price was very reasonable. I now have a go to locksmith to call on when necessary.

Guy came out to make a new key to my car. He didn’t program it correctly and still made me pay. I called about it and they sent him back out just for him to tell me that it has to be something wrong with my car, even though the dash is showing the anti theft light indicating that the key isn’t properly programmed. Then tells me to try a different locksmith and if they can do it he will give my money back. I had to borrow money to pay him. It’s horrible service and customer service doesn’t help at all.

Used this key machine in Walmart, Arroyo Grande Ca. It was great!!! It ended up being late in the evening. Keys worked perfect. They even had a few options to choose from as far as designs. And if you bought two keys you got one free.
