Peaks did a great job. I installed a new door with a Tru Lock system that was complicated. Ryan researched the parts needed, ordered them for me and did a great job installing the smart lock. A few other locksmitha declined the job given the complexity.

An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.

Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

Wow! What a neat and tidy shop and such polite and helpful people. Really impressed.
I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.

My daughter’s Mazda Miata was purchased used with only one key, I called two places to get the keyless entry keypod made.
I called Michael he quoted me a price. I called one more place. They quoted me 200% the price plus $25.
I called another place and they wouldn’t even give me a quote
Michael was extremely professional. He told me on the phone he gave me directions. I went there. I handed him the key and while I was testing the new key he was writing the receipt. I left there between nine and 10 minutes.

I called the locksmith at about 8:04. This morning. I was having problems with my 1999 Volkswagen beetle. The remote wasn’t connecting to the car and I only had one key. i went ahead and purchased a new key and key fob online, and when they came, they were able to cut the key that I bought and reprogram it & my old key. The Smith was very professional and had a well kept up truck. after that, all said and done yeah, he left around 9 o’clock. It’s less than an hour from my call.
Personally, I think the price is just right. Thank you so much, and I will use them again if needed also, recommend, to anyone in need.

I was not impressed by the lack of a buffing step in the kiosk. The key came out with burs and dangerously sharp, requiring ~10 minutes with sandpaper and needle files to clean up.

They’re trying to sell “convenience”, but the extra finishing work it required didn’t feel very convenient.

The key did function after all that work, so I’ll at least give it three stars.
