My daughter’s Mazda Miata was purchased used with only one key, I called two places to get the keyless entry keypod made.
I called Michael he quoted me a price. I called one more place. They quoted me 200% the price plus $25.
I called another place and they wouldn’t even give me a quote
Michael was extremely professional. He told me on the phone he gave me directions. I went there. I handed him the key and while I was testing the new key he was writing the receipt. I left there between nine and 10 minutes.
10 MINUTES MAXIMUM!!
Michael would jump on the job immediately and his prices are so beyond reasonable!!

Came to my house with no MASK.
So he only had access to the outside, But was still able to work on the lock
Couldn’t get my security gate open. Was at my house for 1 hour and only used a key and a screwdriver to hit the key in the hole. Nothing happened. No other tools were used. No pick gun or anything like that. ALSO he kept making phone calls and looking up YOUTUBE videos.

Called about getting a key done for my car. Conversation was good, and was told he was going to check with one of his guys to see if he was in my area as they “were mobile only right now.” Said he’d call back in about 5mins. 30mins later I hadn’t gotten a call, so I call back. As soon as I identified myself, I was hung up on. I tried calling again immediately after and there was no response. Unfortunately couldn’t get a name, but it sounded like an older individual.

When I got there, the place was closed. I called, and they told me they had just gone to lunch and would be back soon. I waited about 45 minutes, called again, and he said, “5 more minutes, I’m on my way.” I waited another 30 minutes and NOBODY showed up. Total waste of time—very unprofessional. Don’t trust what they say; they clearly don’t care about customers.

Secured Locksmith is the best! Flushed my Toyota Key Fob with keys attached down the toilet and unable to retrieve them! Called and explained my desperate situation for help to John. He said he’d be here within a few hours and he was. Brought a new key fob to program and he was able to make the 6 keys that I needed too. Very reasonably priced, great customer service, reliable and efficient! My new Locksmith Company go to when needed!

Jose saved the day. Have a key (the only copy) that broke. Couldn’t get a new copy made anywhere, so I called Atlantic Lock & Safe. He said to come on by, and within just a few minutes I walked out the door with a proper working key. Went home, tested it, it worked perfectly, so came back to get one more copy made just as a backup. Quick service, reasonable pricing, and great locksmith and key making skills.
Not sure why there’s any negative reviews… Maybe some people and weird requests or they were just unreasonable and a little cray cray. 🤷‍♂️

Cost was extreme. $13 for one key is absurd, but I had no choice. Time was an issue. Was forced to get the upgraded key. The basic key, $10.99, was, supposedly, out of stock.

Excellent customer service! I had to get copies made for an office that uses a special type of key. I had gone to 3 other locksmiths before finding this one. All of them told me they couldnt help me because they didnt have this specific type of key. Norwalk didnt either but the gentleman told me he would call his supplier and see if they had them. He told me to call the following Monday to see if he could get them or not. I called and spoke to someone else but he was able to confirm that the supplier had them. I showed up the following day and had 5 keys made. Very reasonable pricing too considering that they were “special order” keys. No issues with the copies either, some locksmiths give you poorly cut keys that jam, not these guys. Will definitely come here again if I need keys made for personal or work needs.

After two hours of tearing my house apart looking for my keys, I called Alan in a panic. I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. He responded immediately and got to me so fast! He was incredibly kind and professional, even when I had to admit I found the keys while he was already working on my car. I asked him to go ahead and make me a spare anyway, and also a house key since he was already there. He didn’t hesitate, and despite the mix-up, he stayed friendly and helpful the entire time. Regular house keys are available in different designs, sports (dodgers), characters, patriotic, etc. If they don’t have your key here there is a second minute key in Lowes next door. Option #3 is Lowe’s itself, but almost double the price.
