I highly recommend you not to hire this company they are so unprofessional I had a key made for my 2013 scion FRS he told me on the phone it would cost $190 to make the key when he arrived he made the key and charged me $240 key was working at first when he left the key no longer worked I tired to contact him he told me he would fix it he has not fix nothing I call him dose no answer I got scammed!

The price seems high for a duplicate key for my older 2004 truck which does not use those enhanced features like FOB, chips, etc.
It was $39.99 for a key so I had to pass.

Special key cut so had to be mailed. I wasn’t expecting it would work cause it’s a different unique key, but it did. Sent on time, good packaging. Shipping is included in the price, so it turned out good value too. Well done, would recommend.

Avoid! Took almost 30 minutes to print 2 standard house keys and then failed on the 3rd key and had to refund me. I even paid extra for more “detailed, precise cutting” and both keys I received were riddled with metal shavings and missing all of the “teeth” on the key, rendering them both unusable. Waste of time and money.

Peter is the best.

Due to a faulty front door handleset, I’ve locked myself out of my house – twice!

The first time, I couldn’t get a hold of Peter; the other guys drilled out 2 deadbolts and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later…I did it again.

I was able to contact Peter this time and he performed the same operation in much less time – without having to destroy the 2 existing deadbolts.

He then fixed the main issue and everything works now.

We should all have Peter on speed-dial.

Daniel came out quickly but estimate was sky high told him was too high he gave ten percent discount and we told him still too high but he kept on working and when we told him to stop he said it was too late !!!! Do Not use this service ever !!!! Bedroom door no more than five minutes @ 160 ridiculous! Very bad business do not use them ever !!!!

Website not clear on location . When I googled the address it took me to a Safeway grocery store but was not clear service was provided inside the grocery store.Website is not clear to fact that it’s just a kiosk that you use to make the keys yourself and to pay over 20$ to make copies of 2 house keys is ridiculous for a service you could get literally for 5$

Had the owner come over to get our door latches working properly. We live in an old house with antique hardware so it is a truly tricky job (thus 3 stars, when I want to give just 1), and he originally came out with a great attitude and got the first one fixed fast, but the front door was the bigger issue. He was able to do a temporary fix and said he’d be back… he never came back. He answered my call once, said he’d call back but never did. I’d suggest that if you have them do work for you, don’t let them leave the job incomplete because there’s no guarantee they will come back, even if they seem super nice in person.

Had to get a new car key for my car. Called the KeyMe company which they then directed me to another person. Person then made an appointment with me the following day and when he arrived, made a new car key, he then charged $639!!!! No quote, no receipt… very unprofessional! Terrible experience!
