The house key copies are $3. total! They have great assesories and keychains. Great fast service. Amazing price. Excellent customer service. They even cut keys for Club Steering wheel locks. I had a blank so they only charged me $2! Keys elsewhere or kiosk where like $7! Each +. I will always come here. I recommend everyone to come here.

Meet Allison, Dr. Lock first contact, wonderfully personable and also, quite refreshingly, she answers their phone when you call, not a recording or AI. Tom and Julian are both technical and engineers at problem solving, way more than what one may think about being a locksmith. They deserve thanks and kudos for being a team that communicates and gets things done with a can do attitude. They made a key for the screen door that has been missing for years and repaired a sticky front door that was difficult to open. Real doctors!

I lost My keys at the av mall it was really cold keymasters came true they are professional and fast there prices are competitive they were able to get get me back in the road In no time they unlocked my car to confirm my key was not in there and were able to make me a new key on site

Francisco & his wife (I’m assuming) were tremendous! In 31°F weather, I had been trying to access my property using every reasonable method possible (& I mean EVERY) for over an hr last night to no avail, with a 4 year old in tow. I called around for locksmiths for 20 minutes & every one of them quoted $175-$380 (& this was just for the bottom lock, NOT the deadbolt) or had no locksmiths in my area. I called Alpine a quarter to 8:00pm to my place in Top/Central AV. They responded right away & he originally quoted me the cheapest thus far. Took them about an hr to arrive. They were prepared, very friendly, & handled the matter with haste & care. Though it did take them about 30-45 minutes (it was such a difficult lock!!), they were steady-handed, focused, & worked well together. The woman was so sweet to my child. They got in with NO DAMAGE to my property & he also gave me 15% off on the service which he didn’t have to. Two things I’m certain of after this: 1) I have a very secure lock; even without the deadbolt in place! And 2) I would definitely use/recommend them again, without a second thought!

I understand being late day 1, there were other jobs ahead of us. But, when he was unable to finish, and said he’d be back first thing the next morning, at 10am, he didn’t arrive until 2:30. It took HOURS to rekey our 3 tumblers for our business. He gave us 2 keys, both of which were recycled, for 3 locks. The keys are hard to turn and we are going to have to have someone else come out and do a proper job. Then, after all that, said he charges are an astounding $450!!! for 3 tumblers, 2 old keys?

I called JMC Lock to help key all my door locks the same for my new house. They not only did that, they also improved the locks and installed a strike plate that was difficult for me. They were helpful, tidy, careful and completed the task without any challenges. I was also excited they were able to make duplicate keys on the spot. Thank you JMC for helping me!

Went in with a 1985 Ford Merkur ignition key that was broke in half , they had it in stock and cut a replacement in like 2 min ,he wasnt sure if it would work considering I brought it in two pieces ,worked like a charm ,wasnt gonna charge me because he wasn’t positive it would work because of the 2 pieces. I insisted on at least paying for the key .Top notch service and company. Thank you Kwik key .

It was very convenient to walk in a Von’s store and find a “ automated KeyMe locksmith kiosk” to make an extra key without having to drive to a local Locksmith or Home Depot. My husband & I strongly agree that they are overpriced $12 for (1) 🔑 key. We probably paid more for the convenience & not so much for the key. But, if you are looking for convenience I strongly recommend it. Great service inside of Von’s without the hassle of large crowds.
