John was very friendly and helpful. It felt like he genuinely cared about getting us back inside as soon as possible. It took him 10 minutes to get us back in. We were very grateful.

I accidentally locked myself out of my home during the later evening hours. Andrian was quick to arrive given hour and the fact he was already servicing another client. Once he arrived at my home he worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was reasonable for the type of job and the time of day. Great experience!

Adrian was my lifesaver tonight. After a long day at work, coming home late in the dark and I realized that all four of my keys were inside my home. I called locks around the clock and talked to Sean who explained to me how it all worked and someone would be at my place within 45 minutes. Adrian showed up to my place and was able to get me in my home immediately and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Adrian of Locks Around the clock to everyone that makes the mistake as I did by locking my key inside my home. Adrian was polite, understanding and he was able to calm me down quickly. He got the job done in just a few minutes. I am keeping their number in my wallet in case this happens again which I hope is doesn’t but brains misfire. 😉 Rene Navarrette

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Actual Account and I always take great care to report things accurately and rely on facts, and actual events, rather than temper.
On December 16th, 2025, I contacted Lock Pro’s to request that the front door lock of my new La Quinta home be changed as I had no key given I purchased it at auction. I also expressed concern about cost and was told that a re-key would cost approximately 25.00 not including the 89.00 trip charge. There might be some additional charge depending on the hardware. I approved of this and the following day Robert was dispatched to the job. I had a friend meet him at the property to make sure he knew what to do. Again, it was simply a front door re-key. However, the front gate was locked and needed to be drilled out which I approved although I did not ask for a new lock to be installed. Robert also informed me that all was going well but that I may need to have a garage re-key as well given the garage was locked. I approved this. So far I estimated and approved of:
89.00. Trip Charge
50.00 (Lock Re-keyed @ 25.00 each)
40.00. Lock drill-out
10.00. 2 extra keys.
189.00 Total Amount Approved.
Once completed my friend was given the keys and I was sent an invoice for 979.00!!! Yes, thats right 979.00. I read the invoice to
make some sense of it and I could not. This crook added everything he could conceivably add at his whim even though I never approved such items. Even worse, some of the items listed were not even performed.
This was a clear case of overcharging a customer and perhaps fraud, given that many items billed were never performed. See the attached invoice and see for yourself. When I called Robert to question what the hell he was doing, he lied and said my friend authorized the work. This was absolutely untrue and I have a written statement to attest to this. When I stated that this was potentially fraud, and a complete violation of trust, and that I would file a complaint, Robert contined to lie and argue, then said he’d waive the bill. I said I didn’t want free work and that I’d pay what I agreed to, which I did (using Zelle).
Robert thought he’s get away with cheating me because I was out of town, a real estate investor, and he may have figured I’d just pay the bill. Wrong. I am addressing this legally now to see that others are not defrauded or lied to as I was. It angers me to think how many people this company has done this to. I cannot comment on their other reviews but I can tell you that with my experience, it was as shady and crooked as it could be. Note: I tried to contact the owner but was never responded to.
Feel free to reach out if I can answer any questions you may have.

The process was easy and fast, the keys work in the lock, and we got 3 for the price of 2. About the same price as keys cut elsewhere. So all in all I would come back.

The dont staff anyone around the machine with anybody to help you. I wanted to make a digital copy of a key and share it with someone 100 miles away as their website advertised you could do.so I made a copy of the key but had to go to another store where I encountered the same problem but eventually found an employee that was able to figure it out and help me to make a shareable digital key copy.
