Got locked out of my travel trailer this morning. Strapped for cash so I didn’t think calling a locksmith was an option. Tried triple A. Roadside got there and said they can’t do trailers. Tried asking the fire department for tips, an RV specialist, and picking the lock myself all day with no luck. I called them less than 2 hours before close time and they said they could do it tomorrow for $75 or tonight for $90. I asked AI for help looking for the best price and was directed to this company. Gemini assumed the price would be anywhere from $150-275 but estimated my expected price to come out to $175 with all things considered. This place beat AI’s market price expectations by nearly 50%. That’s a deal if I’ve ever seen one. Quick, pleasant service, for a great price. Mark was great. Got to me in Richvale in under 40 minutes and had the job done in about 5 minutes.

If I could give a negative 10 star to this business I would. Their price gouging and fraudulent business practices are astonishing. The supposedly bought another locksmith that we used to work with as fraudulent and price gouging as them and then took it a notch higher. Being a captive client they charge 35 dollars per key. Today I paid over 200 dollars for 5 keys. They are so bad they even charged a 4 percent credit card use fee. I am sending our attorney after them and if the business operates under any special license I will file a complain. Stay away from these people.

I had a special request on cutting a key for an old car and I spoke with Eric on the phone the day before I went up. I arrived in the morning and Eric was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and had a nice clean shop to operate from. I had a unique need for an old key and he took care of it without any problem. I would highly recommend this place and go back there next time I need anything regarding key and lock work. .
