Highly recommed! Dean was able to come after regular business hours on the same day and repair our door. We had a key break off in the lock and we were headed out of town the next morning early and we needed to be able to lock our front door. He communicated clearly, arrived as expected and fixed our lock asap. He was able to make us a new key copy immediately as well! Price was more than reasonable for the immediate service. Definitely recommend.

Quality of the key was not very good. Super jagged and they wanted an additional fee to “smooth it out”. Plus the fact that the most affordable key was $12. I had no choice due to time but Home Depot offers the same thing for least then half of this.

Convenience = no the best quality or price hence the three star.

UPDATE: Well the key I made actually ended up not even working so went to Home Depot and surprise, worked perfectly. What a joke, avoid this machine if you ever see it.

Very honest and trustworthy technician! Great communication skills and very quick work ethic! I have a 2020 Nissan Sentra and my remote to start key wasn’t working. The man initially attempted to fix it, which is very commendable. When that didn’t work he offered to replace the key for $150. Talk about reasonable price. Great experience overall! Will use again!

After attempting to jump start my car for over 2 hours using 2 separate cars
with absolutely no access to the trunk where the battery is, I had to call for this service, which arrived perfectly on time. He was able to jump start the car even with my completely dead battery and gave advice on how to keep the car running so it wouldn’t lock again.
