I had a great experience with Express Auto Locksmith. I brought in my BMW key because the lock button was sticking and I was getting a low battery warning. They took the time to inspect the key, replaced the shell, installed a new battery, and got everything working properly again.

What I appreciated most was their honesty and willingness to explain what they were doing instead of just trying to sell me a new key. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and they made sure everything was working before I left.

Highly recommend Express Auto Locksmith for anyone needing key or key fob repairs.

I don’t recommend this store to anyone. They quote one price and end up with a different one. My lock broke after their repair and they refused to refund my money. Their technician also arrived after another technician and started running at me, trying to push their services on me, even though I called another technician. I don’t recommend this company.

Chris is a very smart guy. More importantly, he is an amazing listener and able to explain and troubleshoot very easily. Excellent communication. My first time speaking to a locksmith and I was impressed by Chris. Our house lock needed to have the cylinder repaired and re-keyed. It was an old lock and it wouldn’t turn anymore! The onsite technician Adrian (a great guy as well!) came to our house on time as scheduled and in about half an hour had everything done. I called American Lock & Key, Rancho Cucamonga to get a quote for a replacement key for my daughter’s 2000 Mercedes E430. For those who don’t know, this is a key that most sources say “dealer only”. And it takes two days and the car has to be there to pickup. I could not wait two days, and could not get the car there without towing, which would have added to the expense.

I called Anthony at 9am. He said he could be there between 11am and 1pm. He arrived right at 11am. He said it will take one hour to complete the work, and that is how long it took. And I now have a shiny new working key.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was to get it done same day, in the timeframe quoted, and at a good price. And from a nice guy.
