Great customer service. Had a representative come to the house right away after speaking on the phone. I had lost my key fob to my ram and they had all products in stock though I provided my own fob. Great pricing compare to dealer. Recommended

My husband’s ignition cylinder stopped turning.

We called Duran on a weekend, and he arrived at our home the same day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and stayed much longer than he should have to make sure the issue was completely resolved. He ended up reprogramming everything and even provided us with new keys, including a third extra key just in case.

On top of the outstanding, dedicated service, his pricing was highly affordable and fair. I am really happy he is in our area.

Called the guys to get my aftermarket fob programmed… they said “come on in” and they’ll take care of it

Got there, they grabbed their small programer, (that looks like a car diagnostics) and started to work on my car right away. I was in and out within 20-30 min.

My 2008 Toyota Highlander has proximity and push to start tech in the fob. They finished the job with keying the little key that goes inserted into the fob in case you need to open your car manually. Once he gave me the key i asked of i can try it out before i left. They said go ahead and i tried it out and it worked just like my original. I even told them i wanted to try my original just to make sure it also still worked.

When my fob is within proximity to my car the door unlocks once you reach for the handle so i was really happy to see my aftermarket fob worked just the same.

Honestly such a good experience. Mo came all the way to San Juan Capistrano, made me a new key, and even fixed my other key that was all crazy even though he didn’t have to lol. He was super nice, quick, and easy to talk to. Prices were really reasonable too. Highly recommend!!
