The customer service was nice, but the price was pretty expensive. I’ve had to call locksmiths a couple times before, but at a price of $250 during the day is pretty excessive. I tried to get a quote before choosing them, just an estimated price (I know it can change depending on the situation and understand that), but before even looking at the vehicle the technician said it would be $250. Glad my cars unlocked, but I wouldn’t choose them in the future. Feels like price gouging to me.

Talk about luck, I called Ron earlier this afternoon and asked what his first availability is to fix a locking door handle. He said, I am actually in your area and can be there in 15 minutes. Once he arrived, he knew exactly how to repair my damaged lock handle. It took him 20 minutes and he was done. This is what I call great service. He will be my go to locksmith since his service is great and his prices are reasonable.

Went to Lowe’s to get a key made and their machine was down. Went to Ralph’s to pick up a few things and they had a key machine. Buy 2 get one free. Easy to use, great value and all three worked perfectly! Thank you! I highly recommend!!

Easiest way to duplicate a key. I have not tried car keys but if you have a chip, probably won’t work. Will try soon. House keys, no problems. Mailbox key that I bought (the lock) from Lowes, nope. Had to get that done by hand by one of my dudes. 3 mins later I had a key. 2 mins was looking for the isle and a person.

Dumb “smart” machine. Says they don’t remember your key but my key was rejected more than 6 times. I thouI was excepting the3rd free key but I guess I rejected it… not sure what happened. Then I tried to start over, then it made me answer why I canceled. One of the options was “machine was confusing” I chose that option. After that the machine REMEMBERED MY KEY and rejected it every timeI tried to use it. And you have to give them your personal information!
