Connel I had an excellent experience. He came from over two hours away to help me when I lost my original keys and needed a new one made. On top of that, he also fixed my battery issue. He was extremely professional, reliable, and knew exactly what he was doing. I really appreciated the dedication and quality of service. Economy Lock and Key has amazing service. These guys really know there stuff when it comes to making keys for cars. They recently made a key for my Honda Accord and it works great. They were very fair on pricing and have quick service. I will be considering them for all my lock smithing needs in the future.

First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

Austin and the gang are awesome. I had 3 keys that I needed to have copies made and this place was the only business that had the right types. They can make duplicates of any key that you have trouble getting one made anywhere else. So don’t give up on your mission! An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so impressed by Tal that I feel compelled to share. I called him after losing my car keys, expecting a quick replacement. What should have been a simple install turned into a much more complicated situation due to issues with my car.
Tal put in many hours over several days, returning multiple times without charging me anything beyond the original quote. When it became clear that the problem required a mechanic, he referred me to someone trustworthy with fair prices and followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent one of his team members to handle the final touches—again, without charging extra.
Tal went above and beyond at every step. He was clear, communicative, and highly reasonable with his prices. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and trustworthiness (especially after some less positive experiences with other autosmiths). I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and I’d recommend him to anyone.

It was a pretty easy machine to use to create new key copies. I just wish maps let me know the kiosk was inside of a Safeway. Drove around the building looking for a storefront, but couldn’t find anything. I was also disappointed in the key quality. The copies I made only work on the outer door of my house and not the inner.
