A real local gem. Jenny is so kind and thoughtful and helpful. I need to make copies of my home keys and car keys. The car key was tricky and she offered great options and suggestions for maintaining the life of the keys. Highly recommend. 👍

Leave it to the professionals not Home Depot. I had my lock rekeyed. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. Great staff and friendly. I am very happy with their specialized service.

Although my technician came within 20 minutes, the wood on my door is now damaged and the top lock is crooked, too—even though the bottom was only locked. I have a standard Schlage lock and paid $302 to have my door unlocked. Considering the damage now inflicted on my door, $302 is hefty for the quality of service I received.

How convenient to be able to duplicate keys at your grocery store. We made three copies, and for some reason one of them did not work. This company’s customer service is so terrific, and we were issued a refund right away. The customer service representative was friendly, kind, professional, and very helpful.

This is a great opportunity to get your keys made with little or no opportunity for error. You simply insert your key and wait for the machine to do the rest. Wonderful I love it 😀.

The service provided was quick and took no more than 5 minutes. My technician was swift and efficient.

That being said, I was given an ETA arrival time of the service of 9:23 AM and my technician did not arrive until 10:15AM. I was not notified about the lateness until I called at 9:40AM to follow up on the service.

Upon arrival, the technician asked me to move my car up and away from the curb despite having a completely flat tire and there being a FedEx truck blocking the back half of my car. When I asked if I could wait to move my car until after the truck left the technician told me, “Yeah, I don’t have time for that. Just move the car.” The car got moved and the tech did an efficient job of the service asked. I just don’t appreciate the rudeness and the rush when I was the one left waiting.

I thought this was a local business but the number I called seemed to handle multiple locations. When I asked the rate to unlock a door, I was told from $19-200. I thought the range was ludicrous. The locksmith Nick who came over was from Foster City. The job was simple and took less than 5 minutes. I was charged $200. I balked at the price and was told it was also because my neighborhood is a better one. This seems discriminatory.
