My car key (key to ignition & remote) started to malfunction and lock/unlock my car randomly without touching it. At the Honda dealership, they quoted me $390 just to get just one replacement that included cutting and programming.

After getting a suggestion from some locals to go here, I called the number printed on the window at his shop and Andy was quick to respond. He said he could repair my key for $45, and I decided to also get a copy made for $195 since I needed a backup anyways. After about 35-40 min, he fixed both my key and made a duplicate! They both work well for manual key ignition and remote.

I would definitely recommend coming here to get car keys done since Andy does it at a fraction of the dealership cost and quickly. He also actually tries to repair the key first rather than push to get it replaced, saving you money.

These guys really are the best. Other locksmiths take days where Tustin Lock and Safe takes only minutes for the same work and charge a fraction of the price. They have made many keys for me for old motorcycle ignitions and seat locks with nothing but the barrel. They really know their stuff. Don’t waste your time somewhere else and come here you won’t regret it.

Key that duplicated does not, in fact, work. How do go about getting it redone? Although the actual kiosk experience was fine the duplication was a failure and hence the single star.

Key services from vending machine is great quick and convenient way to get your duplicate keys. I think it is little pricey but considering convenient I had while getting my groceries and getting duplicate key in one stop is worth paying little bit more. I recommend it.👌

Sean was so kind and helpful with replacing my key that I lost in September. He had mentioned if I ever had issues with key to contact him, I ended up having an issue with my key, and he immediately wanted to assist and help me. He went above and beyond to make sure my keys are working and great condition so I don’t hopefully run into any issues again. Excellent customer service!!!

Horrible lock smith was charged 375 for 2 keys that weren’t even the same and didn’t work not to mention they also damaged my cars door handles and broke interior pieces I had it done about a year ago and still have yet to get a refund or anything done about it I’ve called several times and they constantly dodge me. I never write reviews but D and M locksmith is generally horrible
