So my flip key broke off the fob. I called around and was quoted from 140 to 280 at different locations. I stopped by just to get a price and i got the same job done for 95. Thanks guys real fast too. Looks like I have a brand new key

My key jammed broke off inside the lock. Called them for a quote and was quoted a very good price. Mr. Stanley showed up to my shop in 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and even installed a new lock for $20 extra. Highly recommend this place.

Just bought a used 2021 Toyota Prius… Loving it, but only have one key.

Stopped by and why not get two remotes and two copies of the keys, right… Just in case.

Price is very reasonable, I don’t look for the lowest price, I want the small business to remain open and I want to support the local business.

The owners, father and son, are very helpful, how often do you get to enjoy cookies and a soft drink while you wait?

Quoted an exorbitant $400 for a new car key and required electronic payment up front. I paid because I needed my car. After delivering me the key, I noticed that only the electronic part was programmed. The key fob was not cut. They knew I had lost my key, knew my glove compartment was locked, and knew it needs the physical key to get in, but did not tell me they were not going to provide this. Quoted another $180 to cut the key so I could get into my glove compartment. Nope. Dealer only charges $50 to cut the key. Super disappointed with KeyMe Locksmiths.

Update: You can see they tried to pretend they care in the follow-up message below because they know people read these reviews. I contacted them, they sent me off to another part of the organization, who pretended to follow up, but in the end simply stopped responding and did absolutely nothing. All the time every message is about how much everybody cares and wants to figure out what happened so they can make it right. Even though I clearly explained from the start exactly what happened. Lowering from 2 stars to 1, because this scam clearly has the full support of the whole organization from top to bottom.
