I cannot say enough good things about Busy Bees Locks & Keys on Jefferson Avenue! They were extremely helpful, very kind, and highly professional from the moment I walked in.
My son’s bike key was broken, and I wasn’t sure it could even be saved. They went above and beyond, using the broken teeth of the old key to cut a brand-new, perfectly working extra key for him.

I’m not big ok Kiosk services, but it wasn’t complicated to use.
I do find that the prices are so expensive, especially if u want a simple decorative type of key.

Easy and fast. Got my spare key within the week. My car is a 2010 so no push start or anything fancy on my original key. Just lock, unlock and panic. So with the new key, I lock and unlock from the driver door. Great SPARE key.

I attempted to use cash, but soon became aware that exact cash was required for my 8.00 order. The machine returned only 5.00 of the 10.00 I fed it. I than used my credit card for my 8.00 order and it worked on my 3 keys. They work perfectly in my locks, but I’m upset about losing my 5.00!!!! Hopefully this will wake some help up? I’m a senior citizen!!!!

The second lock i tried to make 3 keys. Only 2 were made. One of those 2 didn’t work at all

Minute Key machine was simple to use for making house key duplicates, and getting a 3rd key free after buying 2 made the keys less expensive than having them made by a store employee.

I have only dealt with the key me kiosk at Ralph’s so my review is strictly based on those experiences. I had extra house keys made and they worked great! Again, I have not experienced their car key duplicates so I can not comment on that. As far as house keys go with the self serve kiosk it’s a great deal
