Peaks did a great job. I installed a new door with a Tru Lock system that was complicated. Ryan researched the parts needed, ordered them for me and did a great job installing the smart lock. A few other locksmitha declined the job given the complexity.

Wow! What a neat and tidy shop and such polite and helpful people. Really impressed.
I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.

Amazing! In less than 10 minutes, I had four copies of a key made and they all worked perfectly! I definitely appreciated the simple and easy process of just inserting the key and choosing what I needed plus having a built-in discount and only paying $30 for the set was excellent!

Went to home depot, cause I thought they could cut the blank car keys, I bought online. They said, I have to buy the key from them and that’s the only way it would work. So I looked around for a key cutting place. Foster Brothers, came up on maps. Went over and they cut the key with no issue. He said, it possibly won’t work, cause of the “shoulder” on the keys. I want to let him know it worked. I appreciate your good service. I buy my company vans, from the auction and they always come with one key. So I buy the OEM blanks online. You guys helped me out. Thanks!

Made an appointment after being locked out of my apartment. They didn’t show up to the appointment, when we called again, they told us to keep waiting as they would send someone. After wasting even more of our time, they finally caved and told us they didn’t even have a technician and no one would be available until the day after. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, joke of a business.

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.

I was not impressed by the lack of a buffing step in the kiosk. The key came out with burs and dangerously sharp, requiring ~10 minutes with sandpaper and needle files to clean up.

They’re trying to sell “convenience”, but the extra finishing work it required didn’t feel very convenient.

The key did function after all that work, so I’ll at least give it three stars.

Fast and easy, and most importantly, high quality key reproduction. I tried to duplicate my house keys at Home Depot and it was a disaster. They keys don’t work or only work partially. In contrast, at KeyMe, all 6 keys make work great and the process was easy and took only a few minutes. I travel all the way to the 7-11 in Mountain View to duplicate my keys LOL

Received all 3 keys , but very rough cut (serious burrs which needed to be removed by myself, manually). We’ve had good fortune with this key kiosk at 7-Eleven in the past. I don’t know maybe this thing is out of calibration. Anyway after removing the berbers and very lightly sanding I was able to get the keys to work.

Made 3 copies of my house and for some reason they didn’t work. Called the Key Me customer service number and they immediately gave me a refund and sent someone out to the machine to check if it’s working properly. Super easy process to make the key and they were so friendly!

Convenient to get this done in my local grocery store. My guess is the price was higher than if I had done it at the hardware store or Lowes, but that’s reasonable for the convenience. I paid $2 more for it to smooth out the key. The key turns smoothly in the lock, so that’s good, but it did have some noticeable roughness on one side which I took a honing stone to to smooth it out. All in all, a good experience.
