My daughter’s 06 Accord “with notorious ignition problems” left her stranded on a Friday afternoon with the key locked up. The amazing staff at Giles took her car in and had it fixed within a couple hours. The price was half the total of other quotes. Low cost and speedy service with exceptional customerservice. An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

These kiosks are really convenient and the keys are made quickly. I used the one inside Winco. Got home and the keys were perfectly cut and have cute designs.
