They did not disclose their mandatory service call fee for them to come over. Since I was in a rush to not miss my final exam (because the contractor arrived later than I was told), I agreed to pay the full sum of $489.29. The contractor told me the individual costs and proceeded to calculate them, but put his phone away as he was calculating the total. I felt like this was an incorrect amount, but I paid it anyway as I was in a hurry.

After the key was made, I was told there would be an additional charge of $125 for every spare key that I wanted to rewrite to the new security code. They failed to disclose this piece of information prior to the service.

I called them back as soon as possible (2 hours later) requesting a full refund, as they did not disclose two critical pieces of information upfront. They refused to give me a refund because my key cut and electronically programmed.

Furthermore, I was not given a receipt detailing the costs of each service.

Edit: A few days later, I reached out to them again requesting a refund and asked for help finding their storefront location so I could get my key reprogrammed. They did not give me any information and blocked my number.
I plan to file a formal complaint against this company for illegal and deceptive business practices.

I called the night before in order to do a lockout on my property that had a squatter in it. I told them it was important to be on time being the sheriffs were going to assist in getting my house back they promised to be on time only the tech wasn’t there the Sherriffs showed up and I called the Tech he was not there on time and he didn’t even leave his location and was 30 minutes out I almost had to reschedule with all the frustrations already for the renter that didn’t pay mr for 7 months this almost turned out bad luckily the sheriff agreed to wait which they never do but he felt bad. Then the Tech charged me 500 dollars to replace 3 locks. This was ridiculous and had my anxiety through the roof. Don’t use this company if the appointment time is important for you.
