Los Gatos Professional Locksmith is the real deal! I accidentally locked my keys inside the car at the grocery store, and they had someone out to help me in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and efficient—can’t thank them enough!

I wouldn’t work with this company again. They quoted one price and charged a substantially higher price for something as simple as rekey a lock.

I used the one at Sam’s Club, and it was super convenient. I’d been meaning to get extra house keys made (for over a year! ), so I was happy when I saw the kiosk on my way out of the store. It was very user friendly and the keys were accurately cut. And if you buy two, you get a third free!

Highly recommend! Ryan came out on a Saturday morning to replace two locks for me and went above and beyond by fixing a door misalignment issue that wasn’t even in the original order. He stayed late to make sure everything worked smoothly. I’ll definitely call again if any future work.
