Very friendly, I came to get second key.
My work vehicle is older. The doors were not unlocking easily this caused my key to fracture (crack) They lubricated all the locks and made adjustments with no extra charge. They made me two keys programmed and everything for $110 for a good deal
Most places charge $150 for one key

I called this locksmith and spoke with Junior. He came to our house and fixed our garage door cuz the key got stuck. He was professional, efficient, respectful and kind too. Not a very pleasant experience. Guy came out made a new key when to program the new key and said my immobilizer was bad which is not bad my initial problem with the car was not the immobilizer it was my key breaking and losing the chip. They took apart my glove box and left the latch halfway on with one screw. Charged me $120 then tell me when I get the new part for the car they would charge me an additional $50 come back out to complete it. I didn’t even get the key that he made for the car he still has it. When called to complain they said they could give me a refund or try to send another technician out. I told them I wanted another technician out here to fix the problem. Then got a phone call stating the fact they cannot give a refund or send another technician out because my car had mechanical issues which in fact it doesn’t. I want either a refund or someone to come out and do the job rite as well as put my glove box back to norma

UPDATE – so after going back and forth with this company they did give me a refund of $50 out of the $120… So let’s get this straight I don’t get a full refund AND I’m still left with a broken glove box that’s gonna take time and money out of MY pocket to fix Makes no sense what’s so ever. I’ll stick to the 1 star review. People do your self a favor and hire a professional to do the work pay the extra.

The keys look nothing like they are advertised on the machine. The keys advertised appear to be normal keys that are square on top, but the keys that come out are cut out to say “MK”, and are very cheap and trashy looking. I had already purchased 10 copies for my office before I realized how awful they looked. Waste of money.

Edit: the minute key responded and are providing a refund for the keys and also offered to remake them. Great customer service.

Made 4 keys and they didn’t work. The company refunded my money in a few days. I thot i would give them 1 more try so I went and used it again. This time I bot a 49r key and 3 regular. The 49r key will work if I jiggle it but the other 3 don’t work. So now I have 2 contact them again 4 another refund. I went 2 ace hardware and got all my keys. They work. Yr customer service was a 5 star but the machine doesn’t cut it. (Get it?) True..

Misunderstanding called to get an estimate for key fob. Office required my address and phone number to give an estimate. A associate would call to give an estimate. 15 minutes later I spoke to an associate with a thick accent I explained my problem. I explained I just needed a quote for replacement of a key FOB. I got a quote for 153.00 dollars I hung up. They sent a locksmith anyway to my address saying I am here to fix your key. I explained a second, third and forth time I only needed a quote. The tech Smith was upset with me but I only wanted a quote. I Was called twice after that about this matter from the dispatcher. Both the tech and the dispatcher were not listening to me on this call.
