Terrible experience. Had a lot of difficulty understanding the technician before he got here. We told the company we had hurricane or multi point locks that needed repair. When the technician got here, it was as if he had never seen one before. He took the door cover plates off found nothing put them back on and charge us $150 for at most 20 minutes of work. They also have their technicians determine how much to charge and have your personal check made out to them. The company says a normal service fee starts at $30. We cannot recommend this company. There is no manager to talk to about your issues.
