This place exists only in the Twilight Zone. I walked inside one random morning and met an old man who helped me make three keys–in and out, easy peasy. I had one extra key I forgot to bring, and went home to get it. When I returned the store was closed and empty. But inside on the store wall was a 1921 photograph showing the old man in the same appearance with other customer’s inside the store.

While waiting for 3 keys being made , the touch screen only show making first key. Then it went back to asking new customer to “touch to start”. Better to show progress of making other 2 keys.

The kiosk was fairly easy to use. The directions were easy to follow. I think the touch screen may need to be recalibrated. I took too long debating on whether I would upgrade my key, so the kiosk prompted me to verify I was still present. When I tried to select the option to continue, my attempts to make a selection would not register on the touchscreen so it eventually ended my initial transaction. Even with that hiccup I still had a good experience using the kiosk.
