Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

I purchased a used vehicle and it came with only one smart key, so I wanted a spare. Very honest and trustworthy technician! Great communication skills and very quick work ethic! I have a 2020 Nissan Sentra and my remote to start key wasn’t working. The man initially attempted to fix it, which is very commendable. When that didn’t work he offered to replace the key for $150. Talk about reasonable price. Great experience overall! Will use again!
