Great local locksmith with some more other stuff and reasonable prices. I went to get some copies of keys that are hard to replicate at Homedepot and similar, no problem for them.

The guys at the counter are attentive, and service is fast and to the point. I will be back!

I needed a new key!!!
The machine simply asked me to insert the existing key that I needed and WOW! It just took off! After a few minutes, I had a new key that was a carbon copy of the key I inserted! It worked‼️
I retrieved my original key and carefully compared the new keys with my old one … they were the exact same! … Just what I needed!

I’d give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

The first copy of one key went well. Next i wanted to copy 2 keys, two copies of each. The machine gave me only one key instead of for. I paid 30$. I had to copy one by one, paying again. I tried to call you, it wanted the order number that disappeared from the machine

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.

I would not recommend their services, I called to open my car since I locked my key inside, but a friend arrived and helped me to open it back, when I called to cancel the service, they requested a fee for cancellations, 30 dollars to cancel. I paid for a service that never happened.

Peaks did a great job. I installed a new door with a Tru Lock system that was complicated. Ryan researched the parts needed, ordered them for me and did a great job installing the smart lock. A few other locksmitha declined the job given the complexity.

Quick and reasonable but they should soften the sharp edges without an additional charge. The keys could easily cut someone.

Wow! What a neat and tidy shop and such polite and helpful people. Really impressed.
I need duplicate keys for my motorcycle and Ace Hardware, Blossom Hardware cannot make it. Similarly kiosk at Home Depot or Safeway cannot either. However, they made the duplicate key for $22. Not cheap but did it just right.

So I made a copy of my Acura CL key and almost had a perfect experience using this service, the key arrived on time and opened doors and started car just fine, however glove compartment lock, trunk and gas cap lock, as well the middle door between the trunk and back seats, the key did not work

Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

The car key for my son Leo doesn’t work. So I asked AI what to do. AI told me that it’s cheaper to find a high-quality car key service provider rather than a Dealer. It recommended several to me. After comparing the prices, Key Bay Locksmith was the most affordable one, and all of them had five-star reviews. So my son called Key Bay Locksmith. Moses’s service was excellent! The price was reasonable, the speed was fast, and it perfectly completed the car key duplication and programming! If I need it again in the future, I will definitely contact them again.

I was not impressed by the lack of a buffing step in the kiosk. The key came out with burs and dangerously sharp, requiring ~10 minutes with sandpaper and needle files to clean up.

They’re trying to sell “convenience”, but the extra finishing work it required didn’t feel very convenient.

The key did function after all that work, so I’ll at least give it three stars.
