Absolutely horrible. Call these guys to rekey a lock to the existing keys on the house. Technician showed up attempted to make a repair didn’t understand the tools or the materials and left me with this. The technician did offer me a replacement lock that does not match the house and was not very good quality of which he had multiple Keys which doesn’t make sense to me. Do not recommend this company at all

This company wasted my time and felt misleading from start to finish.

I called to have a lock cylinder replaced. That’s it. I was initially quoted $29 just to show up and $88 for the work — a total of $117. After I questioned it, they suddenly called back with a flat rate of $80, which already felt suspicious.

Then the “locksmith” arrived with a random deadbolt in his hand — wrong color, wrong type, wrong everything — and acted like I should accept it, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I only needed the cylinder replaced.

He also did not come across as a professional locksmith. He gave more of the impression of a cheap handyman.

After he left, I called for an update and was told the new estimate to replace the cylinder or deadbolt was $150.

Disorganized, unprofessional, and it feels like classic bait-and-switch pricing. Avoid.

I went to Winco grocery store. Saw the key machine and decided to make a extra house key. I was unsure if it could work. But when I got home and checked the key fit perfectly.

It is a relatively quick and easy experience. Although the key was cut correctly, the machine left burrs on the cut edge. I liked not needing to interact with a human; it eliminated the need to find a qualified machine operator and all the various issues humans bring with themselves.
