Honestly such a good experience. Mo came all the way to San Juan Capistrano, made me a new key, and even fixed my other key that was all crazy even though he didn’t have to lol. He was super nice, quick, and easy to talk to. Prices were really reasonable too. Highly recommend!!

Alex was fantastic! He came out to my house and made and programmed a new key for my 2007 Honda CR-V right in my driveway. I called a few different locksmiths before deciding, and I chose Alex because he was by far the friendliest and easiest person to talk to. He answered all my questions, was honest about the process, and made everything simple. He showed up on time, got the key cut and programmed quickly, and everything worked perfectly. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend Alex if you need an automotive locksmith!

This company wasted my time and felt misleading from start to finish.

I called to have a lock cylinder replaced. That’s it. I was initially quoted $29 just to show up and $88 for the work — a total of $117. After I questioned it, they suddenly called back with a flat rate of $80, which already felt suspicious.

Then the “locksmith” arrived with a random deadbolt in his hand — wrong color, wrong type, wrong everything — and acted like I should accept it, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I only needed the cylinder replaced.

He also did not come across as a professional locksmith. He gave more of the impression of a cheap handyman.

After he left, I called for an update and was told the new estimate to replace the cylinder or deadbolt was $150.

Disorganized, unprofessional, and it feels like classic bait-and-switch pricing. Avoid.

I have never had such an easy peasy experience before. The step by step directions are literally mistake proof. You literally will not make a mistake. The quantity of the key is spot on. The price of the keys, you won’t get it cheaper anywhere else and its so quick, literally minutes later your done. You even get choices of the different colors and designs, which is fun to have. I will never make keys anywhere else but with minute key again. I even received a free key with my choices. Thank you minutes key for such a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a great value price. Very Happy customer 😀

I wish there were an option for Zero Star score, We paid to have Five Door Locks replaced on Friday 27h. Seemed fine at first, but one door did not lock properly with the key. When the technician returned, he was unprofessional, disrespectful, and failed to fix the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to charge us for his own mistake. He also displayed unacceptable behavior, including dropping the key on the floor, refusing to pick it up, and whistling to get my attention before drop the key to floor. If you’re paying for a service, you expect the entire system to work correctly and to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I will not use this service again.
Is unfortunately company take bad reviews for unprofessional tech. We have video and evidence.
