An absolute life saver. On a motorcycle road trip, I locked my bike with a disc lock that I forgot to bring the key for. I was stuck, and the key was almost 5 hours away. Jeff came out with his mobile van (loaded with his tools) and got my lock open. I was able to continue my trip without a hitch. Great job and very professional.

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

I purchased a used vehicle and it came with only one smart key, so I wanted a spare. I found a matching smart key on ebay and hired Patrick to program it to my vehicle, and also cut the backup key should the smart key ever fail or run out of battery power. My daughter’s 06 Accord “with notorious ignition problems” left her stranded on a Friday afternoon with the key locked up. The amazing staff at Giles took her car in and had it fixed within a couple hours. The price was half the total of other quotes. Low cost and speedy service with exceptional customerservice.
