I’ve used Darrel’s services a couple of times now, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. It’s not just about solving the problem whether it’s cutting a lock, replacing a broken key, or getting a new one made it’s about how they approach the solution. Instead of just selling you a service, Darrel and his team take the time to explain your options, helping you make an informed decision that best suits your needs.

The customer service is outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and always friendly. It’s rare to find such a combination of skill and customer care in this industry.

Great service, great guys highly recommend! But if you don’t want to end up calling them, just don’t lose your keys!

Absolutely Horrible service!!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! The locksmith was over an hour late, wasn’t updated on why I had to call over again to see what was going on. When locksmith came he smelled like weed! I had someone else come bring me keys because he couldn’t even open it. And I was still charged for him shows up. Definitely do not recommend this place I even called right now to let know just how upset I was and the guy on the phone asked me “What was my point” can you believe that? I don’t recommend this place at all!

Got a couple new keys for my house. Home Depot couldn’t cut them, so I came here. Service was extremely friendly, fast, and affordable. Highly recommend!!

Quoted an exorbitant $400 for a new car key and required electronic payment up front. I paid because I needed my car. After delivering me the key, I noticed that only the electronic part was programmed. The key fob was not cut. They knew I had lost my key, knew my glove compartment was locked, and knew it needs the physical key to get in, but did not tell me they were not going to provide this. Quoted another $180 to cut the key so I could get into my glove compartment. Nope. Dealer only charges $50 to cut the key. Super disappointed with KeyMe Locksmiths.

Update: You can see they tried to pretend they care in the follow-up message below because they know people read these reviews. I contacted them, they sent me off to another part of the organization, who pretended to follow up, but in the end simply stopped responding and did absolutely nothing. All the time every message is about how much everybody cares and wants to figure out what happened so they can make it right. Even though I clearly explained from the start exactly what happened. Lowering from 2 stars to 1, because this scam clearly has the full support of the whole organization from top to bottom.
