I had to call them as I was locked out of my ’06 Corolla. My experience with them had been very sour at the beginning mostly due to communication issue with their dispatch center.

The phone number listed will connect you to an agent. The agent will dispatch you a technician (in house or contractor). As such, your experience could vary depending on which one you get.

The agent initially would not discuss about service charge, and I was told it would be handled by a technician. However, the final price due was about 70% more than the original agreed price due to taxes and fees.

I tried calling the number again, but the second agent was not helpful at all. It wasn’t until the owner was made aware of the issue thru review that a resolution was achieved.

Since the issue has been resolved very quickly, I have updated the review to take that into account. That said, since the avenue to escalate an issue seems, to me, limited to publicly written review, there is no absolute guarantee everyone will be lucky to have their complaint reviewed. The business still has a homework to ensure every employee or contractor is trained to their standards.

Came in for 2 spare keys on some SUVs. Lady warned me that my original is pretty worn and may not work when copied. I agreed to continue. They worked perfect. Prices were fair.

I see people complaining about the boxes and messy storefront, but to me that just means they know what they’re doing. Their number 1 priority is doing a good job and it’s obviously worked for years.

Honestly, this was such an easy and straightforward process. I will definitely be copying all of my keys here in the future. I came in around 4:20 PM on a weekday and walk directly up to the counter handed the gentleman the key I needed and told him I needed four copies. He immediately went and made copies of the key efficiently. He was late handed exactly what I needed. I think I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. So much better than going to a hardware store or copying keys on one of those machines!

First time using the machine it failed to produce a key. Second attempt was successful and the key works well. My credit card was charged for two keys when I only received one. My rating will change when my cc statement shows a correction.

Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

I had an old mailbox key to duplicate. It’s an old design and needs to be recut/adjusted multiple times until it works. This place tried once, gave up and just told me to leave after refunding money. Well thanks for refunding but I’m still out of a key. I solo parent and have medical issues, so it was very difficult to come in here two times with a baby, only to be told they can’t duplicate my key. I do think if you have a regular house key you’d do fine here. I would come back again if I had a common key to duplicate but would look elsewhere for unusual keys. Giving one star since my needs weren’t met.

In the end I had to go somewhere else and they explained why this particular key needs multiple attempts, and they were good about trying until it worked.
