I called Alpine to have a locksmith come out to re-key the locks on my home, as I recently lost a set of keys. Justine took the call and stated one of the guys would be out and would call when he was on the way. I got a call from Gabriel who quoted a 15 minute ETA. He arrived on time, was very professional and attentive. He had the locks dismantled, re-keyed and had new keys made in about 20 minutes. I can’t say enough about their service. It was top notch and will not hesitate to recommend their business in the future.

Jake from Alpine Lock replaced an old lock and key with a keypad locking system on our front entry door. This was a complicated installation and Jake handled it with ease. Jake arrived on time and installed the upgrade with skill and professionalism. And it was $300 less than the original quote which was awesome! He also recommended High Sierra Custom Door to fix a weather stripping issue on the front door which was a high priority for us. Thank you Jake we love the new keypad on our front door it’s a real game changer!

I lost my house key after 9pm and needed help urgently. These guys work 24 hours, and when I called, they picked up the phone right away. After I explained my situation, they arrived within 10 minutes.

Oroville safe and lock is my go to place for locks and keys. They were so helpful when I was switching out my lock at my studio. A representative from their business came down and replaced my lock within 30 minutes. They also gave me four custom keys for this lock that were all numbered. Just recently I needed 20 keys made for another building and I went into the store And was warmly greeted by the clerk at the counter. She took my keys and was very speedy and getting all 20 keys made then the owner himself came in and helped her finish up the order. I was only in there about 15 minutes. If I were to have taken these keys to get them made at somewhere like a big box store, it would have taken me so much longer. It is so worth it to pay just a little bit more for great service that is speedy and efficient and to know that I’m supporting local business. Highly recommend.
