This man was so kind, accommodating and understanding with my daughter. I know that we will always go to Bruce’s. My whole family will. Kind and considerate customer service goes a long, long way. His work and performance was exemplary. Unfortunately that kind of excellent customer service is hard to find now a days but you’ll find it at Bruce’s lock and key.
