horrible customer service. will not cut keys for my KTM if they don’t have the blanks. they do not have the blanks and told me they would not cut the blanks I have per their policy. they could not explain the policy, just said they wouldn’t do them. do not know what the point of a locksmith is if they do not cut keys blanks.

In response to the owner’s reply. It was your attitude and your lack of knowledge on why the policy even exists. You can reserve the right to have whatever policies you want but if you can’t cut a key why call yourself a locksmith? For anybody looking to get a key cut without any hassle go to Lehman’s in Fresno. That owner had no problem cutting my key and it worked perfectly. No hassle no fuss and he said he loves to pick up the extra business that others won’t do

I was 100% happy with my experience with A-1 Lock and Key in Clovis. I needed a whole new key fob, programed, for my newly purchased late model Mazda 3. It came with only 1 and I wanted a spare backup. Checked with the local Mazda dealer and was quoted almost $500! A-1 was able to do it for half that price. It’s an authentic Mazda fob and they programed it right there at their shop. Owner and employee both nice and professional. I like doing business with locally owned businesses, and the price was so reasonable.

I had a great experience with Zack! He was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would within 30 minutes. He even traveled from Fresno to Sanger to help me out. I called around for quotes, but Zack gave me the best price by far. Other places wanted $220 just for one key and another $100 for the remote, but he did both for only $200. The whole job took him just 20 minutes, start to finish.

If you’re looking for someone mobile who will come to you, this company is the best option.
Tip: Sundays seem to be slower, so if you can wait until then, you might get even faster service.

Love the ease of the kiosk, BUT… I paid to have 2 keys made.. there was a icon that said have 2 keys made get 1 free.. I needed the 2 keys & said GREAT, I’ll take the extra key… that free key wasn’t made.. I’m double/ triple looking in the slot for that free key.. this particular machine sits inside of Walmart & they said they couldn’t help & to call the owner of this kiosk.. I work 12 hour shifts & time is of the essence.. infact I work 2 jobs , one is 12 hr & the other 8hr.. I’ve used this Kiosk a few times before & NEVER had an issue.. I will call on my day off to see what can be resolved about this.. Not trying to be negative about this machine, nothing is perfect but the timing of it all just threw me.. I should have called ASAP but didn’t because of frustration.. END OF STORY.. take that extra few minutes to call & see how it can be resolved!!
