I have a similar experience as other people. The good: very fast service and prompt arrival. However I was also quoted a max of $120 and was charged $343. I had kids with me so I didn’t want to upset them or drag it out, I felt I had no choice but to pay it. When I asked for a refund of the difference the locksmith said the company offered $50 back. I asked to speak with the company directly and he said it wasn’t possible. Definitely feel taken advantage of and scammed right now.

I had such a great experience working with Ori! He came out to change all the locks in my home to high-security ones and did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the whole process. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and made sure everything was secure and working perfectly before he left. Amazing experience with Roy the locksmith! He got to my apartment 15 minutes after calling, was super sweet, and even made me an extra key! The price was unbeatable and the job was done in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully I don’t get locked out again but if I do I’m definitely calling him again!!

Horrible experience!! We got the keys to new house and few doors wouldn’t open. I called this place and the locksmith showed up, charged me $500 to unlock the door. He took advantage of my situation and 10x charged not to mention he put the wrong color lock that didn’t fit or match the door and took the keys. So now I’m back in square one, and paid $500 for the service. Very disappointed , called them and manager won’t call me back. They made me pay with Zelle and now I can’t get my money back either. Would never use this company and will blast them online also.

For the business lock key is stolen by homeless people we call locksmith they came very quick. They help us to change the lock he was very understanding and respectable. That was the best person I ever met. Save my life. Life is amazing.
