Eric is professional, efficient, and friendly. He got here on time and changed my locks so fast! He took time afterwards to walk through my house with me to answer my questions about setting up security cameras. He explained thoroughly what I could do, recommending camera placements as well as what products to use. He also assessed a lock that I had questions about. They were both a perfect fit! The original was scanned in the machine and they sent the keys to my home address. I was hoping for the black plastic cover like my old ‘96 VW key, but instead received just a plain key. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and it saved me a trip to the locksmith. Extremely convenient!
