Needed a new key fob programmed and reached out to several locksmiths. These guys were one of the quickest to respond and the one of the most inexpensive. Very responsive and scheduled for the next day. Highly recommended. Teishon was great, thorough and fast.

I was a little worried that the key fob I bought on Amazon would not work, but it did (be sure to check the number matches on the key you have with the one you buy).

outstanding work! aside from his busy schedule, he was able to come by and check what the issue was and with his experience both professionally and personally, he checked the battery connection and noticed the red covered connection had gotten loose. he then said to turn the car off and on again. things were still working! 98% problem solved! his knowledge and expertise helped solve the problem within minutes of his arrival! thank you and much appreciated!

Chris Webber re-keyed my locks 5 to be exact. He knows his craft even fixing one of the doors so the lock fit properly into the door frame. He adjusted the wood carving it out. I’d give these wonderful people 6 stars if I could! They were kind and gentle when I was stressed out about losing my primary car fob. There was a hiccup in the process, but I ended up with even more than I bargained for at a fair price. Any competent locksmith can do a good job when everything goes according to plan, but these folks handled an unexpected problem promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and everybody there without reservation for a difficult job well done.

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air wedge and a metal rod to reach through the door slit and grab the key ring (around 6 keys). After the job, my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap.

I asked the technician to pour a small amount of water on that area to check the seal, and it leaked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like “Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?” which came across as condescending.

Later they claimed to have “before and after” photos, but the only photo they had was taken after the job was done, and they tried to use it as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional.

The leak and misalignment started immediately after their visit, and their reaction showed zero accountability. I filed a Yelp Guarantee claim and Yelp validated the issue and reimbursed me after reviewing the evidence.

If you hire them, document everything with photos and video, because they will refuse responsibility if something goes wrong.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I was so impressed by Tal that I feel compelled to share. I called him after losing my car keys, expecting a quick replacement. What should have been a simple install turned into a much more complicated situation due to issues with my car.
Tal put in many hours over several days, returning multiple times without charging me anything beyond the original quote. When it became clear that the problem required a mechanic, he referred me to someone trustworthy with fair prices and followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved. He even sent one of his team members to handle the final touches—again, without charging extra.
Tal went above and beyond at every step. He was clear, communicative, and highly reasonable with his prices. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and trustworthiness (especially after some less positive experiences with other autosmiths). I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and I’d recommend him to anyone.
