Mickey was awesome. He came to my house and made the key in his van same day. I am very relieved he was able to make my key as the dealership told me the car needed to be towed to them and it was going to be a much higher price. The key A+ made works for my door and to start the car. Really glad I didn’t have to tow my car.

I can only speak to my experience. He was insistent to come by the house to give me a fair estimate and then he said it would be 245.00 to install a lock that I already purchased online. I said no I can’t afford that, and he said to “name my price” I was honest and said around 100 I’ve been seeing for quotes and he said fine but he also wouldn’t “configure” the lock. He then only installed the top lock and didn’t install the handle to the door saying it was an additional 60.00. I was frustrated because I felt there were too many coincidences it felt like such a scam and deceitful. I said no and now I have 2 different colors on my door. I asked what company he was from and he said he didn’t know since he worked for a couple- yet when I call this company directly, it was him who picked up. When I asked if he was the provider who just left my house, he was hesitant but said yes. Be careful of this business, I always look for honest providers especially in this economy. I wouldn’t recommend what so ever.

I had gone to a small family hardware store to get keys made and when I got home they failed to work in my lock.

So I went to Lowe’s, knowing that they have an automated Minute Key system. It worked like a charm. The audio instructions were clear and also shown on the screen. Each step was clear and concise. And the system even reminded me to remove my original keys once the process was done. And as a bonus, since I made 2 keys, it made a third one free. As it happens I did get a chance to use that third key. Oh, yeah, all the keys worked perfectly once I got home and tried them.

Thomas is a true professional at what he does.After some low life tried to steal my car unsuccessfully I was left with a broken ignition and an estimate from the dealer for about a grand. I was able to get the ignition switch out with the help of YouTube but something didn’t look right. Thomas explained that a part was still broken in the car. I figured out how to get that out and he cut me new keys and matched everything to my original. I assumed it would be pricey but to my surprise it was less than $80. Glad to see theres still good people out there who won’t take advantage. Will be my only go to locksmith.
