I called Mark for a quote to rekey my house. I sent pictures of what I needed done and Mark promptly provided a quote. Mark showed up on time and completed the work, and even cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, and was patient with all of my questions. He also accommodated me with a last minute addition to my job by replacing my old deadbolt on my front door. I highly recommend Mark, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

The net on our screen door net ripped (someone ran into it. Hehe), so we scheduled an estimate & needed to get it fixed asap. Alejandro came by to provide an estimate & came back later to fix it. Someone had tried to break into a box on our utility truck and damaged the lock, rendering it inoperable. Brought it in and Ryan was very professional and was able to get the box open within a matter of minutes. He even provided us with the correct replacement lock for the box.
