I love my keys, worked fine and received in mail fairly quickly. This is my second time ordering and the first time was awful. I didn’t pay for the upgrade and my keys didn’t work. To me, the upgrade is essential and shouldn’t be charged. If you go to a key place, you expect the keys will work. It’s not an upgrade if your keys are unusable without it. I like the convenience of this service, but feel the service needs work. Be careful.

Awesome local place that helped me copy my car fob/key. He was super fast barely 20 mins later and we were done. My car is older 2013 so time could vary. Also, super reasonable priced; Dealership was quoting me 550 for a spare key, and even the ace hardware people across the street recommended checking by him to see the price.

The only real wait I had to do was come back another day because the key needed to be ordered since it was an older model lexus. I came in on a Friday, returned that Monday 2 days later. Plus he replaced my car key’s fob battery for free. Other than that 10/10 would definitely come back if i needed to copy another car key.

Scott was able to cut my 2024 Ford truck key that Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware were not able to do. Better yet, it only cost $25 and they provided great service despite being busy at times. If you are in Tri-valley and need a key cut, save yourself time and money and give them a call first. Thanks.

Self help Key Machine. All 4 keys worked great.
Accepts Credit Cards or Cash as long as you use exact change.
Pros: Instructions were very easy to use. Large letters makes it easy to read especially for people with vision problems; $5/per house key; Buy 2 and get a 3rd key for Free. It made an offer for a 4th key for $1.47. Always test all extra keys you get made because, sometimes, they do not work. (I used to make keys for a living)
Cons: Keys had metal flakes (burrs) attached to them that had to be filed off. I used a small metal brush to remove the burrs.
