I lost My keys at the av mall it was really cold keymasters came true they are professional and fast there prices are competitive they were able to get get me back in the road In no time they unlocked my car to confirm my key was not in there and were able to make me a new key on site

Dr Lock & his right hand man made an ignition & programmed my original key to it. They came out in 100+ heat & was done in about 15-20 mins. They were pleasant, professional & had a great sense of humor. They’re the best. I just referred them to some1.

My experience with Brandon was EXCELLENT!! He repaired my ignition lock cylinder and cut and coded 2 keys on site in 30 minutes. He put everything back together properly. I understand being late day 1, there were other jobs ahead of us. But, when he was unable to finish, and said he’d be back first thing the next morning, at 10am, he didn’t arrive until 2:30. It took HOURS to rekey our 3 tumblers for our business. He gave us 2 keys, both of which were recycled, for 3 locks. The keys are hard to turn and we are going to have to have someone else come out and do a proper job. Then, after all that, said he charges are an astounding $450!!! for 3 tumblers, 2 old keys?

After going to Lowe’s and having no luck in getting keys made, I did a Google search and found Desert Lock Co. I wish I came here first. The customer service was awesome, and they were able to make my news keys so quickly. In addition, he told me to make sure the keys worked. If they didn’t, to bring them back and he would adjust. A bonus was they loved on my dog who was in seventh heaven with all of the attention.

Called and left a Voicemail and JMC called back shortly and provided a quote over the phone. Was able to unlock my vehicle the same day, just hours from the conversations. Price for unlock was reasonable and work was done exactly as expected.

Looked Kwik Key up online and decided to vist there shop! I had bought A key fob online to be cut and programed to my Car for A extra fob. Kwik Key 🔑 said that it would be $75.00 for them to cut the key but they cannot promise the fob will work but I will be able to start my Car? Lol 😆 so than I asked how much if they sold me A fob and cut it WOW $270! I kindly left and called another locksmith they also thought it was A confusing statement and overpriced. Only my opinion “JUST SAYING”

Francisco & his wife (I’m assuming) were tremendous! In 31°F weather, I had been trying to access my property using every reasonable method possible (& I mean EVERY) for over an hr last night to no avail, with a 4 year old in tow. I called around for locksmiths for 20 minutes & every one of them quoted $175-$380 (& this was just for the bottom lock, NOT the deadbolt) or had no locksmiths in my area. I called Alpine a quarter to 8:00pm to my place in Top/Central AV. They responded right away & he originally quoted me the cheapest thus far. Took them about an hr to arrive. They were prepared, very friendly, & handled the matter with haste & care. Though it did take them about 30-45 minutes (it was such a difficult lock!!), they were steady-handed, focused, & worked well together. The woman was so sweet to my child. They got in with NO DAMAGE to my property & he also gave me 15% off on the service which he didn’t have to. Two things I’m certain of after this: 1) I have a very secure lock; even without the deadbolt in place! And 2) I would definitely use/recommend them again, without a second thought!

Daniel came out quickly but estimate was sky high told him was too high he gave ten percent discount and we told him still too high but he kept on working and when we told him to stop he said it was too late !!!! Do Not use this service ever !!!! Bedroom door no more than five minutes @ 160 ridiculous! Very bad business do not use them ever !!!!
