I called them to open a little Brinks lockbox. They arrived an hour late and then charged me $160 for something that took them five minutes to open.

The key works but barely. Might be the burrs on the key that the machine asks for an extra charge for the burrs to be removed which I think is a crock to inflate the price of the key. If the key was cut by a real person, that service is already included in the price of the key. Just my two sense.

We had a new housekeeper come to our place and she was so upset that she locked her keys in. We told her no problem, we had it covered and found El Cheapo and their great reviews. They 100% lived up to the reputation. They were here so fast to unlock the car and help her retrieve her keys. They were professional, easy to communicate with, super fast, and the pricing was extremely reasonable.
